RCC lifelong learning program to offer three new Zoom classes

Rappahannock Community College’s Rappahannock Institute for Lifelong Learning (RILL) announced this  month that it will offer various April classes.

Classes include:

  • “Living with ADHD: Challenges and Solutions” — is planned for 1-3 p.m. Thursday, April 1, via Zoom.

This online workshop delves into how ADHD shows up, brain challenges underlying ADHD, various clinical models and ways of addressing, understanding, accepting and managing ADHD.
Advance registration and tuition payment of $20 is required.

  • “Using Windows 10 More Effectively” is scheduled from 1-3 p.m. on Thursdays, April 8, 15, and 22, via Zoom.

It will explore Microsoft’s latest operating system.
Advance registration and tuition payment of $35 is required.

  • “Genealogy: Selected Topics” is scheduled for 1-3 p.m. Wednesdays, April 14, 21, via Zoom.

It will answer some of the questions most frequently raised by budding family historians.
Advance registration and tuition payment of $35 is required.


RILL is a program of RCC’s Educational Foundation Inc. Founded by a group of volunteers in 2005, RILL has been offering noncredit, college-level classes throughout RCC’s service region.
