Deltaville-Hardyville community members should have received a Love Lights flyer in their mailboxes. Due to COVID-19, the Lower Middlesex Volunteer Fire Department (LMVFD) Auxiliary was unable to do its traditional annual Love Lights event with entertainment and refreshments this year, but wanted you to know it is still here and needing your help to support the LMVFD. This is the 32nd year for the Love Lights Tree decorated with bulbs to remember and honor loved ones. This “celebration of lights” is a way for the community to show its appreciation for the volunteer firefighters and auxiliary members as individuals, and is a way to honor and remember loved ones.
