The Deltaville Maritime Museum will cap off its 2020 Groovin’ in the Park outdoor concert series with well-known local musician Ray Pittman at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept 26. Pittman will do two distinct shows for this performance bringing seven musicians to the stage, starting off with a retrospective band at 5:30 p.m. and bringing on his new “Sons of Bach” around 6:15 to 6:30 p.m.

When it comes to music, Ray Pittman is a “been here and done that” kind of guy. With roots in Lancaster County and the 60s band scene he has covered most of the hit genres over the years. Julius “Ray” Pittman is the kind of musician other musicians want to play alongside. A lot has to do with his philosophy of letting the players play – expressing their individual musical personalities.

Watch the Southside Sentinel for more about the bands and their music.

Due to COVID-19 concerns, we are limiting tickets to all shows this year. This may cause a sellout. Check the website.
