During the hot weather, some Hands Across Middlesex clients, especially seniors, would benefit from having air conditioning. If you have a working window air conditioner you are not using, consider donating it. You can bring it to the Cryer Center, 7485 General Puller Highway, Locust Hill. Place it in their covered trailer in back if they are not open. If you need to have it picked up, call 804-758-2044 and leave a message and they will get back with you.
Donation receipts are available. The center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
