by Stephen Blue –

The Deltaville Deltas offense picked up right where it left off 10 months ago, scoring early and often in a 14-1 victory on Saturday night at Deltaville Ballpark.

In a late addition to the schedule, Deltaville will host a rare weeknight game today, Thursday, June 25, against the Mechanicsville 101s. On Saturday night, defending NABA Richmond tournament champions Richmond Team Woody will travel to Deltaville for the start of the 2020 league play. Both games begin at 7:30 p.m. On Sunday, the Deltas hit the road for the first time this season, with a 4 p.m. matchup against the Richmond El Heaters on the campus of Douglas Freeman High School.
