Customers gather at outdoor tables Saturday evening at the Galley restaurant in Deltaville as a guitarist performs live at a tented area. This past weekend was the first time since March restaurants were allowed to have outdoor area dine-in customers — although they were required to stay below half their total seating capacity. Barbers and hair salons were also permitted limited reopening, but other businesses like movie theaters and work-out facilities were still required to stay shuttered. Some say the reopenings are needed to save the economy, but others say such openings could cause COVID-19 cases to surge. What do you think?
