In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Virginia Motor Speedway is postponing the start of the 2020 season. This decision comes per recent CDC guidelines, and the State of Virginia banning events of 100 or more people.
Officials of Virginia Motor Speedway will continue to closely monitor the situation in coordination with federal, state, local, and public health officials, along with information based on guidelines from the CDC to determine when it will be safe to reopen.
