Deltaville Maritime Museum –
Deltaville Maritime Museum (DMM) and Holly Point Nature Park will continue its 2020 Turner Lecture Series with a presentation of current travel information on Cuba on Sunday, March 15, at 2 p.m. Photographer and Middlesex resident Mike Kunzinger will tell about his experiences and the people in Havana he met during his trip last July and discuss the impact of the new 2019 travel restrictions. After Mike, museum founding board member Raynell Smith will report on her recent travel experiences with a cultural tour of other areas of Cuba.
Mike has been a photographer for about 10 years and lived in Middlesex for most of his life. He is on the planning team for “Arts in the Middle” and works at the Middlesex Public Library. Mike was in Cuba in July 2019 as part of an artist residency program.
