Emilie Smith on president’s list

Emilie Smith of Urbanna, a psychology major at Shenandoah University in Winchester, was named to the school’s fall 2019 president’s list. Smith earned a GPA of 3.9 or higher and is one of 326 students that earned president’s list honors in the fall 2019 semester. A graduate of Middlesex High School, she is the daughter of Eric and Stephanie Smith.
