How does Latin America fit into China’s “One Belt, One Road” plan?
Dr. Corliss Tacosa will speak on this important topic to the Middlesex Great Decisions group at 10 a.m. this Friday, February 14, at the Deltaville Community Association Center, 17147 General Puller Highway.
Dr. Tacosa recently retired from Old Dominion University as assistant director of the International Studies Program, Department of Political Science and Geography. She is a respected political science PhD, published author, and public speaker with expertise in United Nations, Russian affairs, international relations, intelligence, American politics, and global security, including comparative politics and terrorism. Currently she is an adjunct professor at Christopher Newport University.
