Frank Herman Clay (Bubba) Cooke Jr. peacefully left this world December 30, 2019 at the age of 74 to be with his heavenly father. He will be met by his parents, Frank H.C. Cooke and Margaret Frances Cooke; along with brother, Joseph R. Cooke; sister, Dorothy Mann; and grandson, Brian Lee Brooks Jr.
He is survived by his wife, Joanne Cooke; daughters, Tammy M. Cooke, Margaret F. Butler, and Chrystal Henry; a son, Frank H.C. Cooke III; grandchildren Abbigale D. Butler, Peyton C. Brooks, Lorelei N. Cooke and Emma G. Butler; brothers, John and Edward Cooke; sisters, Rebecca Fox, Ethal Long and Wilma Boone; and nieces, nephews and friends.
Frank was a dedicated husband for 45 years. He was hardworking and devoted to his children and family. He worked over 20 years for Pepsi-Cola that uniformed not only his job but his love with anything displayed with Pepsi and the brand he made it stand for. He was a passionate bottle collector since his early 20s in which he dug from the ground himself. We will say . . . with every treasure he found, he was the greatest treasure uncovered to us and he will be missed deeply and forever loved!
A memorial will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 18, at Living Waters Church, 2061 Windsor Rd., Dutton, VA 23050.
