Only 50 days until Mardi Gras! This year’s Middlesex Mardi Gras promises to be a festive evening filled with good food and drink, great music and dancing, and a chance to take home auction items that all will enjoy. For example, for beef lovers, one of the items donated for auction at this year’s event is meat raised right here in Middlesex County from Wake Forest Farms. Can’t get any fresher than that!
Now is the time to circle February 29 on your calendar, reserve a table for business colleagues, family, or friends, and leap at the chance for a memorable, fun-filled evening.
Last year, Middlesex Mardi Gras netted more than $42,000 to support Middlesex YMCA and Middlesex Kiwanis programs that benefit the children in our community. Table sponsorships are available now for reservation. Call the YMCA at 804-316-9191 for reservations.
The Mardi Gras is from 5 to 10 p.m. at Bethpage Camp-Resort near Urbanna and will feature the band “En’Novation.”
