The Christmas in Urbanna Children’s and Pet Parade will be held Saturday, December 21, at 11 a.m. Registration will be at Sonabank in Urbanna at 10:30 a.m.

The parade route will start at Sonabank and continue to the Festival of Trees lot next to the post office where judging will occur for four prizes for best pet costume.

Santa will be there for photos with pets.

Judging and the four prizes for the best children’s (up to age 12) costume will take place in the Middlesex Woman’s Club building afterwards. Santa will read “Twas the Night Before Christmas” at the Woman’s Club after the parade. Cookies and hot chocolate will be served. There will be free photos with Santa.
