The St. Clare Walker (SCW) Middle School Student Council Association (SCA) will have a silent auction on Thursday, December 5, at 6 p.m. It will take place during the winter band concert held in the school auditorium. Items that will be auctioned include:
- $100 gift certificate to Eckhard’s Restaurant.
- $50 gift certificate to Mi Jalisco Mexican Restaurant.
- $50 gift certificate to Mi Jalisco Mexican Restaurant.
- $25 gift certificate to River Birch.
- $10 gift card to J&W Seafood.
- 2 tickets to a Norfolk Tides baseball game.
- 4 tickets to an ODU basketball game.
- 4 tickets to the Richmond Flying Squirrels Baseball Club.
- A gift certificate to Chesapeake Bay Oyster Company.
- Pizza Hut gift cards.
- A $10 gift card to Subway.
- $25 gift certificate to Anna’s Pizza.
- $25 gift card to NN Burger.
- A sampler tin of popcorn from NN Popcorn.
- Other items are still coming in.
SCA students are raising money for the VSCA Convention in March. The students will attend the weekend convention in Virginia Beach. Also, they are raising money for the H2O for Life Club at SCW. That club has adopted a school in Africa and is raising money to help supply the school with clean running water.
