Urbanna Baptist Church (UBC) will host a puppet show, a Children’s Christmas Shop as well as a light lunch on Saturday, December 7. These activities will begin at 11 a.m. in the UBC Fellowship Hall and all are invited. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The UBC Puppet Mission Outreach Team will present a show titled “Christmas Through the Ages.”
The Women’s Missionary Union (WMU) will host a Christmas Shop for the children. Each child will be escorted by a WMU member into the Christmas Shop so gifts can be selected by the child for Mom and Dad. The presents will be wrapped and there is no cost. The UBC Deacons will serve a light lunch to both children and parents/guardians.
“You are encouraged to bring your children to enjoy the puppet show, shopping and lunch! No reservations are needed,” said a church spokesperson.
