Wyatt Condo

The condominiums at Queen Anne’s Cove boast expansive views of the Rappahannock River and Urbanna Creek.

The first of two condos open for the tour, the Wyatt Condo was purchased in 2016 on the owners’ 25th anniversary. The home is 1,300 square feet, with two bedrooms and two full baths. A complete remodel was completed in January 2017, which includes an expanded and updated master bath and remodeled guest bath. The kitchen was also completely opened up by removing walls and cabinetry to create a natural flow. New cabinets, open shelves and updated appliances bring this home up to date. Extra closets were removed or repurposed to make the best use of all space in the condominium. An updated screened porch affords panoramic and fabulous views of both the creek and river. A subtle nautical feel is created by the use of navy and white throughout the home, with bright accents. Chris Riddick, formerly of Urbanna, was the designer (and realtor) for the condo. His adept use of space creates a welcoming and comfortable place for the owners and their guests.

Agnor Condo

The second condo on the tour is an end unit offering amazing views of Urbanna Creek and the Rappahannock River. The current owner had no plans to buy this condo but heard it had just come on the market, arranged to view it, and bought it that very day in 2015! She then began extensive renovations on the kitchen adding all new appliances, cabinets and countertops and creating a small office. She also added hardwood floors in the main living areas. Her home reflects her whimsical yet tasteful decorating style. You feel relaxed and welcomed when you step inside. She purchased most of her shabby chic furniture locally to support area businesses.

She loves Christmas and has a large collection of unique and fun decorations gathered from her travels and family. The holiday spirit lives here. You will want to put your feet up and stay awhile!
