UUFR to discuss ‘bright shadows’

Pastor Susan Moseley of the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the Rappahannock.

“Bright shadows,” that which is good about each of us but we may forget to show the world, will be discussed at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, October 6, at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the Rappahannock.

Pastor Susan Moseley notes that while attention is often directed at “dark shadows,” characteristics and actions disapproved by a just society, there are “good even noble characteristics in individuals and groups that go unnoticed. We should uncover and celebrate such goodness.”

Pastor Moseley, D.EdMin., received her doctor of educational ministries degree from Columbia Theological Seminary and her certificate in spiritual direction from the Haden Institute.

The UUFR serves counties in the Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck.

The church is located at 355 James Wharf Rd., White Stone. More information is at uufrappahannock.org.
