Gilbert L. Allen, 75, of Topping passed away on September 15, 2019. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and retired from the United States Park Police in Washington, D.C.
Survivors include his wife, JoAnn Allen; L.P. Tuddin; and brother, Dean Allen. No services are scheduled.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
