Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Church View will celebrate Youth Day on Sunday, September 22, at 11 a.m.
The speaker will be Rev. Arthur K. Roane, pastor of Escobrook Baptist Church in King and Queen County.
The musical guest will be Miss Jalisa Carter, a 2010 Middlesex High School graduate and a member of St. John’s Baptist Church in Kilmarnock. The youth of Mt. Zion and surrounding churches will also help to provide the music under the direction of Reynold Trotman.
The worship leader will be Miss Sanai Oakley, a student at Central High School in King and Queen County and a member of First Baptist Church Hockley in King and Queen County.
Refreshments will be served after the program. The pastor of Mt. Zion is Rev. Fred D. Holmes Jr.
