By now, the New Year’s resolutions to exercise, eat healthy and live stress-free have either become part of the day-to-day regimen or they’ve been dismissed.

Either way, it’s never too late to make a healthy promise to yourself to eat more fruits and vegetables, take an afternoon walk and unwind at the end of the day with a good book and a glass of wine.
