Deltas pitching dominates Braves

WIGO Night is Friday; home finale is Tuesday

The Deltaville Deltas played 4 games in as many days, winning all 4 and improving to 15-2 on the season. Going into the final weekend of regular season play, they sit in 1st place in the Southern Virginia Adult Baseball League (SVABL) with 3 left games to play.
This Friday, the Deltas will host the VBA 61’s at 7:30 p.m. in the rescheduled WIGO 104.9 “Night at the Ballpark.” One fan will take home the $104.90 drawing prize.
On Saturday, the rescheduled SVABL Home Run Derby & All Star Game will be held at Deltaville Ballpark, starting at 5 p.m.
On Sunday, the Deltas travel to Newport News to take on the 61’s.
In the regular season finale on Tuesday, July 23, the Deltas will host the Peninsula Pirates at 7:30 p.m. at Deltaville Ballpark.
