| Through July 2008: New Kent County, on Route 33, and Route 30, east and west, from Parham Landing Road, about 2 miles west of West Point, to I-64, about 5 miles west of West Point. There will be alternating, left and right lane closures, from 9am to 3:30pm, daily, Monday to Friday, for water main installation, weather permitting.
